It took Alutech Systems only seven years to achieve the reasons why it once came here from Belarus – to successfully penetrate its components for roller shutter systems and sectional doors to the markets of Central and Western Europe. It chose the Pilsen region to conduct its business, which is becoming an increasingly attractive gateway to the neighbouring Germany and further to the west. The company first chose Bor u Tachova, but its existing premises became somewhat tight for storing aluminium structures, forcing it to look around for a larger area in order to further expand, upon which they approached a CBRE real estate adviser to help them with this move. “We managed complete tender for new premises. On the base of this tender Alutech chose Panattoni Parek West near Plzeň which met client´s requirement the best,” said Jan Hřivnacký, an Industrial Consultant at CBRE.
Alutech will not only have extra 1,700 m2 of storage space in the new location, but also a completely separate building for its own use.
Interest in the Region is Growing
Panattoni Park Pilsen West offers approximately 50,000 m2 of industrial space for tailor-made constructions. The location has great potential for logistics, storage and light production. The car seat maker Faurecia and the distributor of spare parts for Trost Auto have had their factories here for several years now.
“Recently, we started an important expansion for KION Group company in a nearby Panattoni Park Stříbro and now we can follow up with a relocation, that will help Alutech to expand at Panattoni Pilsen Park West . It’s a confirmation, that companies perceive the Pilsen region as an attractive gate to Western Europe,” said Pavel Sovička, Managing Director of Panattoni Europe for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
